Through voluntary application and self - evaluation by Butterfly Children's Hospices, preliminary evaluation by a third-party organization, review by the evaluation committee, public announcement, re - review by the re-evaluation committee, and approval by the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs, on May 9, 2025, the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs issued the *Announcement on the Results of the 2024 Municipal Social Organization Evaluation Grades*. The Butterfly Children's Hospices in Changsha was awarded the title of '3A Social Organization'.
